The Viking Tour

Burnt Cape Tours shuttles you to L'Anse aux Meadows for two self-guided tours. First, visit L'Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site where the Vikings landed and settled more than 1,000 years ago. In the afternoon, visit Norstead Viking Village. Dress in Viking costume, have your picture taken with a Viking, see the ironsmith at work, smell the bread baking on the wood fire, listen to the sagas and have your future told.
